Eat right Don’t wait till you feel hungry; eat every two hours. Drop all processed food from your diet. So no chips, biscuits and junk food. And knock out all fried and refined sugar.
Try a combination of exercises Do some type of cardio at moderate intensity for about 45 mins, twice a week. Combine that with a weighttraining regime, like power yoga, pilates, or body weights for 45 mins.
Be consistent Don’t try too many things at once. If you enjoy eating certain healthy foods, or like a particular exercise, focus on that before jumping onto the next big diet fad.
