Eat right Don’t wait till you feel hun­gry; eat ev­ery two hours. Drop all pro­cessed food from your diet. So no chips, bis­cuits and junk food. And knock out all fried and re­fined sugar.

Try a com­bi­na­tion of ex­er­cises Do some type of car­dio at mod­er­ate in­ten­sity for about 45 mins, twice a week. Com­bine that with a weight­train­ing regime, like power yoga, pi­lates, or body weights for 45 mins.

Be con­sis­tent Don’t try too many things at once. If you en­joy eat­ing cer­tain healthy foods, or like a par­tic­u­lar ex­er­cise, fo­cus on that be­fore jump­ing onto the next big diet fad.
