Can you give an overview of emerging technologies you have deployed? B&K was one of the early implementor of HCI and now we have implementing AI for our Equity Research Team, this is also a very unique in Broking Industry, gives completive edge to our Equity Research Team

Which are the functions/ departments in your organization that is starting first with the emerging technologies?

Last year we implemented HCI for Trading Floor and this year we are transforming our Equity Research vertical, implementing few add-on tools completely automating the equity research. Analyst will get real time alerts wrt Price Movement, Corporate/Results announcements, BulkLarge deals, Tweets from CEOs/MD of various corporates, International news impacting Indian Stock Markets, Real time updates on Market Data (Both Indian & Global markets).

How will emerging technologies like AI, Machine Learning, IOT, Big Data, Augmented Reality, Analytics etc will change the fabric of IT organizations?

Technology always bring extended help to business and I am sure these new emerging technologies (many of them are now actually part of BAU) will further enhance the respective corporate presence to dominate CX & DX experience. IOT & Analytics will help the backend team of corporates (particularly R&D team), they will able to further experiment based on the data factsheets and can send alerts to enduser (customer both Internal & External)

Emerging tech best practices and deployment strategies

For any Tech Project Right Sourcing is critical and biggest key factor to be evaluated. This is applicable for both talent (ie Insourcing & outsourcing) and product (Vendor based or InHouse). Post RightSourcing, CIO must do a project canvasing along with various stakeholder, followed by project kickoff.
