won recognitio­n as a comedian, Khaleel remained a struggling actor. “I had keen interest in body building right from childhood and did some acting and modeling as well. But since I couldn’t make much headway in Tollywood, I decided to train actors for my livelihood. I approached Allu Arjun and helped him get his six pack for his movie Deshamudur­u,” said Khaleel.

Khaleel feels that everyone can develop their abs, despite difference­s in body structure.

Khaleel says, “Diet is very important when it comes to developing six packs. In addition, a trainee must adhere to a strict four-hour rigorous training routine (two hours in the morning and two hours at night) plus get at least seven hours of sleep and a thorough workout. Variety is the key. If you only do one kind of abdominal exercise, such as crunches, you will very quickly adapt to the stress and your muscles will stop responding. By varying your exercises you will keep your muscles stimulated and growing constantly. There are around 70 abs specific exercises to choose from, so you should

never get bored.”
