2 YOUTH UNHAPPY WITH EAMCET RESULTS END LIFE

A 19-year-old youth committed suicide unable to digest his poor performanc­e in Eamcet at Langer Houz. The victim, K. Vinay Kumar, son of K. Sreenivas, a resident of Kanaka Durga Colony, ended his life by drinking a toxic liquid in his home on Friday night, police said,

According to Langer Houz police, the incident came to light when Vinay’s parents found him vomiting heavily in the house. “Realising that he had consumed a chemical, they rushed him to the Asian Institute of G a s t r o e n t e r o l o g y, Punjagutta, where he succumbed after a few hours,” Langer Houz sub-inspector N. Rambabu said. Police said Vinay was depressed about his score as he could not join any good college in the city with it.

Meanwhile, in Anantapur, Manasa, daughter of an RTC traffic inspector hanged herself to death due to her poor show in Eamcet.
