MAN KILLS DAD FOR REFUSING TO GET HIM MARRIED

A man axed his father to death when the latter refused to arrange his marriage despite repeated appeals. The incident took place at Chinna Merangi under Parvatipuram police station limits in Vizianagaram district on Saturday.

According to reports, the man, Ramesh killed his father Neelam Naidu with a sharp edged weapon after arguing with him in an inebriated condition on Friday night.

Naidu had suggested that Ramesh first get rid of his bad habits like drinking alcohol before considering a marriage proposal for him. A police case has been filed and the accused is absconding.
