Poor checks make ORR a death trap

Without enough traffic surveillan­ce and speed control measures the Outer Ring Road is turning out to be a death trap for commuters.

Neverthele­ss, he added that the installati­on of toll management on the roads can be an effective measure to reduce the accidents. “If HMDA installs toll management systems, they can help traffic police in their mission in ORR,” he said.
