Lampard enjoys his day out

But Frank Lampard proved that he wasn’t bothered by allegations, as he stepped out with fiancée Christine Bleakley. Putting on a show of solidarity, the Chelsea footballer spent the day wandering around Knightsbridge with his other half, looking a little downcast.

The 34-year-old sportsman looked stoney-faced at first as he chatted to his presenter wife-to-be, but later smiled as he put his arm around her.

ITV star Christine, also 34, seemed intent on cheering up her partner, laughing and joking with him as they wandered along.

She looked dressed down but as stylish as usual, pairing black skinny jeans with a loose-fitting grey top and a cream Zara jacket.

There was more bad news for Lampard as he was branded ‘former Blues midfielder’ on the Chelsea’s TV channel.

Lampard’s future has been the subject of discussion all season with the London side having not yet offered the England midfielder a new deal to continue his stay at the club he signed for in 2001.

Just three goals away from becoming Chelsea’s all-time record scorer, Lampard has been the subject of a new snub with the channel’s faux pas, which was on a ‘what’s on’ screen when the station was not showing programming.
