Here’s a reasonable mix of aggressive pricing and the right amount of space for homebuyers

Salasar Developers, a flagship company of the Jamuna and Salasar Group, has struck a balance between price and facilities with the Salasar Gardenia, a one-block 65unit residentia­l destinatio­n located at Old Bowenpally, near Suchitra Circle.

Their aggressive pricing strategy is clearly visible as Salasar Gardenia’s per sft price is just `2,150. The exclusive one-tower residentia­l project, which is a few minutes walk away from Good Shepherd School, HDFC Bank, Spencer supermarke­t, Sherwood Public School, Petrol Pump Avenue, Suchitra Academy, Ramraj Nagar, Loyola College and Cine Planet, is already up for grabs as the developer has started handing over the units to cus- tomers. “Almost all constructi­on work is over and we are now in the handingove­r phase. The 65 units, which are there in the tower, are unique as they provide space to homeowners, unlike other projects that are jam-packed and hardly have breathing space,” said Omprakash Tibrewala, promoter and chairman-cummanagin­g director of the group, which forayed into the realty space in 1980 with its first project Pushpanjal­i Complex.
