What must be done to control stray dogs on roads?

-

The first thing to do is to catch all stray dogs and sterilise them. The next thing is to see that leftover food is not thrown on roads and put in proper garbage bags so that it is not accessible to stray dogs. Hotels, restaurants and small roadside eateries should not throw their leftover food in roadside garbage dumps. The government should maintain dog homes, catch all the stray dogs and feed them. Eateries which dispose of waste food on the road should be fined heavily.
