Side effects of laser surgery

QI am a 71-year-old man who underwent Laser Prostatectomy three months ago. After one month of the surgery, I developed scripture in the urinary tract.

I was given antibiotics and the scripture was removed. I was using a catheter everyday in the beginning and now, once in five days. I have been facing some problems after surgery.

Presently, I am suffering from chills and a burning sensation. I have been taking treatment and medicines. Results of regular urine analyses are normal. The surgeon is excellent and it is my bad luck that I got affected with UTI — one of the possible complications of laser surgery.

Will a second surgery (HOLEP or TURP) help me get rid of the UTI problem?

ADark underarms are due to different causes. The common cause is acanthosis nigricans. This is due to hormonal derangement. This can also due to obesity. Other causes are due to allergies to deodorants or due to wearing tight dresses. Other causes are infections due to fungal or bacterial. So to treat dark underarms the cause has to be diagnosed and accordingly treated.
