Poor service and worse behaviour

Lenovo mobile phone failure not rectified

- Dr Aman Alagh 9246119111 amandr55@gmail.com;

Ipurchased a note K-4 model phone in February 2016 from Amazon (model a7010a48, IMEI #867802026787615) and downloaded the Marshmallow update. After that, the touch screen stopped functioning. I went to Lenovo mobile service centre at Dilsukhnagar. They checked the phone and asked me if I carried the phone in my shirt pocket. I said “yes”. They told me that drops of water, may be sweat, had entered the phone and that the liquid damage indicator showed no signs of liquid damage.

I asked the receptionist to talk to the service

I wrote a mail to Lenovo and a person named Max Alphonso called me after a month but he failed to help me. My phone is still at the service centre.

centre head. He was not present, the female attendant at the centre told me. I asked his number but she refused to give. Then, while I was insisting on this issue, a technician named Vikram (I don’t know if it is his real name) started shouting and gave me the number. At this, I also lost my temper and confronted him. I asked him if this was the way to talk to customers. He said that he will speak like that to customers like me. Other staff members, however, intervened and cooled him down. Then a woman told me that I had to pay in any condition and handed over the bill to me (Service # 630181608160032).
