Merchant found dead in car

Hyderabad: A city merchant, Mukesh Jalda, 41, was found dead in the driver's seat of his Skoda car near Highway Bawarchi Hotel in Hayathnagar on Wednesday. Polie said the man committed suicide by consuming poison. The doors of his car were found open. There was no suicide note; no cellphone or ID card was found with the body. Police was informed by onlookers and transferred the body to Osmania General Hospital for post mortem. Hayatnagar inspector J. Narender Goud said Mukesh was divorced in 2011. Police traced his details from his car number which was registered in Miyapur. His family said he had left them and did not maintain contact. They took his body for final rites, police said.
