METRO SITE DEBRIS TO BE CLEARED

Hyderabad, May 20: Lanes will be marked on roads, reflectors and divider blocks installed to improve safety on roads, the city convergence meeting of top civic officials decided on Saturday. All road restoration works will be completed by this month end.

GHMC commissioner Dr Janardhan Reddy directed engineering officials to ensure that water stagnation points are attended immediately. He said potholes must be restored on priority. For every 100 metres, a local resident should be made a volunteer. He said construction material at HMR sites must be cleared. — INN
