LG technician is rude

After I complained about the problem I had with my LG washing machine through their official website, their technician visited my home to repair it. After inspecting the washing machine, he informed us about the need to replace some faulty items in it and left.

The next day, another technician (Mobile No. 9676863810) came home. I am unable to mention his name as he refused to reveal his name and employee number or show his ID card. He, however, replaced the tube in the washing machine and said his work was over and needs payment. I said I need to check the machine and to find out whether it’s working properly. So we told him to wait for 10 minutes but he was not ready to wait at all. Then we had a doubt whether he was really an LG technician. Usually, LG technician­s behave in a gentlemanl­y manner.

Since 10 years we are LG customers but we never had such a bad experience with a person like this. After getting a doubt we asked his name. He refused to tell his name. We asked for his ID card. He said he will not show his ID card and removed the tube from the washing machine. He left our place and entered our neighbour’s house. He told them that he had come for repair and had a fight with the customer etc.

We wonder whether LG technician­s behave in this manner. Misbehavin­g with customers and telling neighbours false stories is intolerabl­e. This kind of employees will be a big disaster for the LG brand. I request LG to take action against the person concerned so that in future no customer will be troubled. The contact numbers mentioned in the LG official website were also not working.
