IIIT-H graduates get salaries up to `17L

Hyderabad: All engineering graduates of IIIT-Hyderabad have secured campus placements, getting salary offers ranging from `14 lakh to `17.7 lakh per anum.“The BTech graduates received job offers with average salaries for various programmes ranging between `13.4 lakh and `18.8 lakh per annum. Our students are among the most sought after by the technology and product industry,” the premier institute said in a statement. Over 116 companies had come for campus recruitment. IIIT-Hyderabad had held its 16th convocation ceremony on Saturday, where 473 students graduated, with a record number of 84 research students, including 16 PhDs, said the statement.
