T-Hub to host recruitment for former entrepreneurs

-

In order to celebrate failed start-ups, T-Hub is all set to host a recruitment drive for former entrepreneurs, to enable them to rejoin work force and secure employment in growth stage startups or corporates.

It is estimated that 90 per cent of start-ups fail due to lack of mentorship, funding, and innovation. T-Hub, which aims to grow and thrive the start-up ecosystem, through a recruitment drive will provide career avenues to entrepreneurs who could not make it big and also enable its start-ups to scale faster.

Interested candidates from across the country are eligible to apply starting from August 10 until August 25 and the final interviews will be held on September 1 at T-Hub.

On the initiative, CEO of T-Hub Jay Krishnan said, “One of the charms of being a start-up founder is falling and picking up the pieces again. In this context, India doesn't celebrate 'failed entrepreneurs' enough. As the leader of an organisation, any day, I'd lean towards a risk-taking failed entrepreneur over a seasoned professional, given all other skills being the same. With this culture as context, job opportunities for ex-entrepreneurs will augur well not only for the candidates but will also help our corporate partners and start-ups to find people with a heady mix of technical and entrepreneurial skills.”

T-Hub hopes to drive similar programmes on a regular basis. So the spirit of entrepreneurship is being pursued more assertively.
