DOWNLOAD VOTE SLIPS FROM TS POLL APP

State Election Commissioner V. Nagi Reddy said that voter slips for the panchayat polls can be downloaded from the TS poll application.

The slips can be downloaded by entering the district name and the electors photo identity card number.

Mr Nagi Reddy inspected the arrangements in Suryapet district on Sunday.

He held a review meeting with the nodal officers regarding the arrangements for the elections.

Speaking to mediapersons, Mr Nagi Reddy said, “We have completed all the arrangements for the first phase of the Panchayat elections which is scheduled for January 21. Making panchayats unanimous will be considered as a crime.”

Lauding the efforts of staff, he said, “The Election Commission is very happy with the fact that the employees are not hesitating to work even on holidays.”

The EC will take action on those who violates the election code. We are also taking up several awareness programmes to increase the voting percentage, he further said. Meanwhile, several panchayats remain unanimous as withdrawal of the nominations ended on Sunday.
