TRANSCO CMD INSPECTS HTLS WORK

TS Transco and Genco Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) D. Prabhakar Rao made a surprise inspection of the ongoing 220 KV High Temperature Low Sag (HTLS) conductor works at Shivarampally on Thursday.

He instructed officials to complete the work on a war footing to provide power that consumers in the Hyderabad can rely on.

Mr Prabhakar Rao said that the Transco has taken up the HTLS works in the twin cities with an investment of around `100 crore, of which, Transco will receive `59 crore from the Power System Development Fund (PSDF).
