KTR: TS 2nd largest solar power creator

Hyderabad: Telangana state is the second largest solar energy producing state in India with more than 3,600MW, said TRS working president K.T. Rama Rao responding to a letter by a Calss IX student Ashta Lakshmi from LB-Nagar. She highlighted pollution being caused due to the increasing usage of coal. Following this Naagarjuna IIT Olympiad installed solar panels on school terrace. The student also urged the government to install solar panels at all government institutions.
