DUSTY ROADS

About a month ago, roads in Yapral leading to Indus International school were dug up to lay water pipeline. The authorities did do patchwork and left it unfinished for over a month causing inconvenience to commuters. Will someone take responsibility or should the public fend for themselves? It is requested that the department concerned take immediate action against the contractor who has left the work half way.
