PUBLIC TOILET LOOT

Recently, I used universal public toilets at Mehdipatnam rythu bazaar where the public toilet staff demanded `10 to use the urinal. The toilet was also in an extreme unhygienic condition. When I had contacted medical officer he was silent on the issue why these public toilets are not using the sign board indicating the price. I request the authorities to take action and ensure that all public toilets have price chart sticked.
