Hyderabad: An 18-year-old degree student, Uday Kiran, was run over when he fell from an RTC bus while trying to alight it and came under its rear wheels at Narayanguda late on Saturday night. Narayanguda sub-inspector Gurunath Reddy said the victim had gone with his family to a water park and was returning to the hostel where he stayed at Narayanaguda when the accident occurred. “He was trying to get down from the bus at the Crown Cafe9 signal in Narayanaguda at about 11.45 pm when he accidentally fell down,” the SI said. The Narayanaguda police registered a case and sent the body to Gandhi Hospital for post-mortem.
