NAIDU: KEJRIWAL WILL BE BETTER PM THAN MODI

AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday raked up the educational qualifications of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal would be 1,000 times better to hold the position.

He said that with limited powers, the Delhi government under Mr Kejriwal had done wonderful work. “If he had full powers he would have performed miracles.

“Mr Kejriwal is 1,000 times more efficient than Mr Modi. Mr Kejriwal can tell where he got his degree, I can say where I got my degree, but the PM can’t,” he said.

The TRS is revealing its “return gift” to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu ahead of Assembly elections in the state. On Wednesday, social media was abuzz with tweets by TRS supporters about #copycatbabu.

The reference was to the AP Cabinet finalising details of the ‘Annadata Sukhibhava’ scheme, which is similar to the Rythu Bandhu of the TRS in TS. Not just this welfare scheme but others too that the AP government has announced bear a resemblance to those implemented in TS, such as Haritha Haram, Kalyana Lakshmi, Shaadi Mubarak, KCR Kit, Annapurna Canteen, and the tax exemption on tractors and autos.

That these schemes have been copied from the neighbouring Telugu state has not escaped social media commentators, one of whom said: “While he claims of being senior politician in industry with 40 years of experience, but you are senior in copy pasting schemes (sic).”
