Manjeera pipelines to be replaced

-

Hyderabad: The Metro Water Board has sent a proposal to the government to replace the Manjeera pipeline that supplies water to the city. The proposal, costing `30 crore was made as the water levels were depleting in the Godavari basin and the Water Board had almost stopped supply from Manjeera. The board thought this would be an opportune time to replace the 40-year-old pipeline network and sent the proposal to the state government.
