Returning officers to face EC test

Hyderabad: In the upcoming Lok Sabha elections the Returning Officers will not be appointed in a routine manner. They have to do well in the exam that will held by the Election Commission to get the post. Telangana State chief electoral office Rajat Kumar, during a review meet on poll preparedness, said on Wednesday, that only candidates who pass the exam will be appointed as ROs.
