Dwarfs can travel for free in TSRTC

Hyderabad: The TSRTC has extended free bus passes to around 1,000 dwarfs in the state on par with physically handicapped persons. When they are travelling in other districts, a 50 per cent concession has also been extended to them. The state government will reimburse `54.06 lakh per annum towards this.
