RELOCATE FIRMS TO END TRAFFIC WOES: JAYESH

Credai property show at Hitex witnessed panel discussion­ss on topics like outlook on the real estate sector.

Principal secretary, industries, Jayesh Ranjan on Sunday requested organisati­ons to relocate their campuses based on employee preference­s to solve traffic congestion in Cyberabad.

Mr Ranjan said the government was providing options to the organisati­ons for the purpose. “This will definitely help in solving commuting problems for people in general and ease road congestion”.

Mr Ranjan said Hyderabad enjoyed fantastic infrastruc­ture and low rentals which provided a good standard of living as compared to Bengaluru and Mumbai.

“While implementi­ng TS-iPASS we were apprehensi­ve about the results but we have been able to provide 8,000 clearances and permission­s. We would like to provide full support to the real estate sector and help them achieve industry status,” he said at the valedictor­y of the three-day Credai property show at Hitex.

The three-day show witnessed panel discussion­ss on topics like outlook on the real estate sector, management of traffic in a growing city, impact of IT on the growth of the city and developing the culture and heritage of Hyderabad to promote tourism.

Mayor Bonthu Rammohan said the state government had been very supportive towards the growth of the realty sector.
