INTEL POSTS 9TH GEN PROCESSORS SPECS BY MISTAKE
New Delhi, Feb. 17: In an accident, Intel published the specifications for the 9th generation Core series H processors for a brief period of time.
The Core i9-9980HK will be the flagship model, but will also be the only overclockable mobile processor.
The Core i9-9980HK processor has 16 MB L3 cache onboards and reaches a feisty 5 GHz. The non-overclockable i9-9880H has as much L3 as the previous model reaches 4.8 GHz.
Intel placed a document online, listing the next generation H-processors. The document has now been altered now, but anything posted on the web stays there. There are also i7-9850H and i7-9750H procs each with 12 MB of L3 cache and a maximum clock speed of 4.6 GHz for the highest clocked SKU. The i5-9400H and i5-9300H have 8 MB L3 cache and are clocked 4.3 GHz versus 4.1 GHz.
