SECURITY TIGHTENED FOR AYODHYA JUDGMENT

In view of the Supreme Court’s verdict on the Ayodhya case on Saturday, the Telangana police are making elaborate arrangemen­ts across the state, particular­ly in Hyderabad to avert untoward incidents following the verdict.

Additional security forces have been roped in to ensure that no protests, procession­s, and agitations are carried out in Hyderabad.

Meanwhile, keeping in view Milad Un Nabi on November 10, for which the preparatio­ns would start from Saturday, the police have to move in forces in sensitive places like Adilabad, Bhainsa, Karimnagar, Nalgonda, Bodhan, Kamareddy. Additional Director General (Law and Order) Jitender said, “All the necessary security arrangemen­ts are underway to ensure peace in the state. The public is appealed not to resort to any sort of incident that would disturb the law and order, which would lead to the legal action.” Social media posts will be under scrutiny too.
