TECHIE’S BODY FOUND IN GACHIBOWLI

A 30-year-old software engineer from Kolkata was found dead at his flat in Gachibowli on Monday. The police registered a case of suspicious death for the probe and sent the body to Osmania General Hospital for an autopsy.

According to the Gachibowli police, the techie, identified as Agnieshwar, was living in a flat along with another techie, Saptarshi Mukherjee, at Prasanthnagar in Kondapur.

Saptarshi who went out on work on Sunday returned on Monday at around 7.30 am. Agnieshwar who had bolted the door from inside did not respond. Saptarshi alerted the police. On opening the door forcibly, Agnieshwar was found hanging from the ceiling fan, said the police.

The room was searched but no suicide note was found. Based on the complaint from Saptarshi, a case of suspicious death was registered.
