Pensioner gets Collector’s help

Warangal: Jayashankar Bhupalpally district Collector, Md Abdul Azeem, on Wednesday helped an elderly woman get her pension. When he arrived at his office after taking part in the ‘Pattana Pragathi’ program, he spotted an elderly woman in his office. The woman, 70year-old Azmeera Mangamma of Gurrampeta in Bhupalpally, said she has not been receiving her pension for the past two years. The collector called up district rural development officer, Sumathi and directed her to streamline the monthly elderly pension.
