CORONAVIRUS

-

When the whole world is battling against a deadly virus, it is totally unacceptable to hold the Ram Navami mela from March

25 to April 2 in Ayodhya. The catastrophe an event of such a magnitude can unleash will be the result of negligence. Taking precautions will save the lives of millions of people. Health and right knowledge is more important than blind religious beliefs in these testing times. Dr Rithvik Golla

Secunderabad We are on the verge of stage 3 of

Covid-19. It should be the states who should be telling us how well they are prepared. Why is the Prime Minister addressing the nation? The CMs must address their states about the preparations in their states. They are the ones who should assume authority and responsibility. Let the CMs face the TV cameras.

Lt. Col. G.S. Jolly Yapral

We are eagerly waiting for dreaded coronavirus to die at least by end of April. Our children will have to wait till May to complete their annual examinations. Instead of putting children in uncertainty, it is better to promote them without examinations as in Uttar Pradesh. Government may decide which class students they want to promote without exams.

It is great the world has realised the importance of namaste. However, it is sad that some influential people are skipping testing for Covid-19 at airports when coming to India. Later they were found to be infected. It is the duty of every Indian to follow government regulations and help prevent the spread of the virus.
