NCLT officials join green drive at Corporate Bhavan

An annual plantation drive was held on Thursday at the lush green campus of the Corporate Bhavan premises in Tatti Annaram of Pedda Amberpet. A variety of plants, including parijat, tulasi and night queen were planted by three members of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

The annual plantation drive was arranged by the office of Regional Director (South East Region — Telangana, AP, Karnataka) in the

Corporate Bhavan premises, under the directions of Regional Director M.P. Shah.

The plantation drive was led by Ratakonda Murali, member judicial, NCLT, Hyderabad Bench, K. Anantha Padmanabha Swamy, member judicial, NCLT Hyderabad Bench, and Bhaskara Pantula Mohan, member judicial, NCLT Amaravati Bench.

Also taking part in the plantation drive were officers of the Indian Company Law Service (ICLS) cadre of the Union ministry of corporate affairs, including senior officers M.P. Shah, regional director, P. Atchuta Ramaiah, joint director, Shashi Raj Dara, joint director, Jose Kutty, Registrar of Companies Hyderabad, Pola Raghunath, Official Liquidator, Hyderabad.

The Corporate Bhavan comprises the offices of the National Company Law Tribunal-NCLT, Hyderabad and Amaravati Bench, Regional Director (South East Region),

Official Liquidator, attached to the High Court, Registrar of Companies (RoC), Hyderabad, and Serious Fraud Investigat­ion Office (SFIO), Hyderabad.
