TRAFFIC CURBS IN NAMPALLY ON R-DAY

The Hyderabad police have notified traffic restrictions on January 26 from 9 am to 12 noon for the Republic Day celebrations at Public Garden in Nampally. The police requested people to take alternative routes to avoid any hassles. Car pass holders attending the celebrations will be allowed through the diversion points.

Traffic from MJ Market towards Mehdipatnam will be diverted at Taj Island towards Ek Minar, Asifnagar/ Red Hills, Ayodya Hotel, Lakdikapul etc. Vehicles from Nampally station towards Public Garden will be diverted at Chapel Road T-Junction towards Gunfoundry, Abids or BJR statue, Basheerbagh flyover.

Traffic from Nirankari Bhavan and Khairatabad towards Ravindra Bharathi will be diverted at Old Saifabad police station towards Telephone Bhavan, Iqbal Minar, Secretariat Road, Telugu Talli, Ambedkar statue, Liberty, Basheerbagh, Abids.

Vehicles from Hyderguda, King Koti and BJR statue towards PCR, Public Garden will be diverted at Basheerbagh Junction towards Liberty, Telugu Talli, NTR Marg, Iqbal Minar, Old Saifabad police station, Lakdikapul bridge, BJR statue and Abids.

Traffic from Tank Bund towards Ravindra Bharathi will be diverted at Iqbal Minar towards Telephone Bhavan road, Old Saifabad police station, Lakdikapul bridge. Traffic from Nampally station side towards Public Garden will be diverted at AR Petrol Pump towards BJR statue/Gunfoundry etc. Vehicles from Telugu Talli, NTR Marg and Liberty towards PCR juction via Adarshnagar will be diverted at Adarshnagar (New MLA Quarters) towards Liberty road and Telugu Talli flyover.
