HC JUDGE ASKS ACB TO REPLY ON REVANTH’S PLEA

Justice K. Lakshman of the Telangana High Court asked the ACB to reply to a criminal revision petition filed by A. Revanth Reddy, working president of the state Congress, in which he challenged the ACB court ruling which had rejected his argument that the cash-for-vote case did not come under its purview. The special court for ACB cases had dismissed the petition filed by Revanth Reddy.
