Rhea, brother named in SSR Drugs Case
NCB files mammoth charge sheet
Though the charge sheet relating to the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput is taking a while, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has filed a huge charge sheet amounting to 11,700 pages in the Sushant Singh Rajput Drugs Case. The charge sheet names 33 accused, including Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty.
All the accused will be given copies of the charge sheet filed at the NCPS sessions court. The dates for the hearing will be set soon. A 40,000-page document containing statements of around 200 witnesses and additional details has also been given to the court in digital format. The NCB had filed an FIR in the case in August 2020 and was to have submitted the charge sheet within six months. The NCB had questioned many film stars in the case.
