BRING DUST BINS

What is the GHMC is trying to prove by removing dust bins? (A sight to (be)hold your breath, DC, April 16). Now garbage has piled up everywhere. It is difficult to walk or drive on the roads. It is a very serious health hazard in this pandemic. I request the authorities to bring back the dust bins and lift garbage regularly.
