Illegal parking, drunks aplenty in Kavadiguda

Near Padmashali Colony, Kavadiguda, trolleys are parked near the apartments. Besides, people drink alcohol in the open and sleep on the roadside. Some people urinate at the place. I request Deccan Chronicle to mention this issue in Speak Out so that the authorities take note and resolve the problem.
