KASHMIRI KAHWA

The Kashmiri kahwa is brewed in a copper pot called samovar with upto 11 ingredients including green tea leaves, saffron, cardamom, cinnamon, rose petals, honey/sugar, diced almonds/walnuts, milk (usually for the elderly and sick), gunafshi, kehzaban and sapistan.
