SHOP FOR DRY FRUITS

Kashmir offers a wide range of dry fruits and spices. Among the top must-shop options are shelled almonds (seen in above pic) and different varieties of walnuts. Saffron is among the top spices grown in the region. Besides Spain, Pampore in Srinagar, is the only place in the world which grows saffron. The crimson Stamen, when collected and dried, is referred to as the most expensive spice in the world.
