Getting Around
Jaipur International Airport serves the city with regular flights from all major Indian cities, as well as a few international destinations including Dubai and Sharjah. Jaipur Junction is the main railhead. Prepaid taxis are available from the airport and railway station, whereas app-based cab services are available throughout the city. For short distances, autorickshaws and cycle rickshaws are good options. For local sightseeing, taxis with Englishspeaking guides can be hired for the day from most hotels. Bicycle, Segway, and walking tours are offered by certain local companies and are great ways to experience the city in a more immersive way. The lively Old City with its narrow lanes and plethora of sights is best explored on foot.
