Browsing history and passwords should always be cleared at regular intervals, if one does not want the search engines to profile them continuously. Clearing browsing history limits the ability of a browser to track and profile their users. Online activities of users are also tracked when browsers cache website IP addresses from DNS servers. Flash cookies do the same as well. Hence it is advisable to clear the cache and cookies of browsers as frequently as possible.
