It’s not for nothing that creating a strong password for emails is mandatory for all. Though encryption is used by most email providers, it is not impossible to hack them. Hence creating a strong password is strictly advisable which diminishes the possibilities of getting hacked. Also, there are a number of email providers which are privacy-oriented, like Proton Mail.

As the use of cloud storage is increasing with every passing day, it has to be kept in mind that they can also be easily hacked. In order to prevent that, users can use automatically encrypted cloud storage services, which encrypts all the files kept in them. Also, one can manually encrypt their files with the help of tools or software before uploading them on cloud.
