Locals of the area alleged

that in areas like Laxmi Nagar, Patparganj and Mother dairy area these RTV’s and similar mode of vehicles doesn’t obey the traffic rules. The drivers of these vehicles stop the vehicle wherever they want risking the life of the passengers and this even create traffic jams on the road.

Locals further alleged that in order to get more passengers, the RTV are driven rashly and in a competitive way because of which numerous accidents took place in the area and the traffic officials are mere a mute spectator.
