Kriti Sanon is excited about the opportunities she’s getting to play strong roles and bold in her movies.

The actress feels that essaying individualistic, independent women who make their own decisions in films help break the stereotype of female parts in the movies.

“In Luka Chuppi, Kriti plays a girl who suggests a live-in relationship to her guy essayed by Kartik Aaryan. Previously, in Bareilly Ki Barfi, her character shares such a friendly equation with her father that they smoke and drink together,” points a source close to the actress, adding, “She’s making a conscious effort to pick characters that break stereotypes associated with lead female parts in films.”
