Big success and 200,000 visitors at the National Gallery Singapore: the Children’s Biennale now tours to Dresden (until 24 February, Staatliche Kunstsamml­ungen). The event offers an impressive level of interactiv­ity suited to art for kids and involves around a dozen internatio­nal artists. Olafur Eliasson, for example, who with three tons of white Lego blocks is building a city of the future with the ideas, memories and desires of visitors. And while the Japanese collective teamLab creates a digital world under the sea on ethics and sustainabi­lity, Rivane Neuenschwa­nder uses shadows/projection­s to face the theme of fear and Lynn Lu gathers precious written memories and dreams.
