Shadow of storms

There is no "normal" anymore. Both global and local conditions are changing, and changing fast. Unexpected is the name of the game now. A good monsoon was predicted. We can already sense that rains this time will be highly irregular. Very soon we will sense the agony of the farmer when food will vanish from our plates. JAGANNATH CHATTERJEE
