Scrambled eggs with tree spinach toppings

INGREDIENT­S

Eggs: 2 Tomato: 1 (finely chopped) Tree spinach leaf: 4-5 (cut) Onion: 1 medium-sized (chopped) For seasoning: turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder or green chillies Oil (any as per taste): 2 teaspoon

METHOD

Heat oil in a flat-bottomed earthen vessel; add onions or shallots and tree spinach to it. Cook for nearly 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and spices to it. Cook for a few minutes on low flame. Add whisked eggs to the pan; cook till done. This can be a wholesome breakfast!
