Organised on 16 October 2019 in Delhi and 18 October 2019 in Hyderabad, both events witnessed a massive turnaround of 156 attendees in Hotel Eros, New Delhi and 120 attendees in hotel Taj Deccan, Hyderabad. In his opening note, Thomas George, President, CyberMedia shared deep insights on the Digital economy driven by technology adoption and described how we are an evolving digital economy altogether in the near future. “Government of India is driving one of the biggest initiative­s Aadhar wherein 1.2 billion citizens have enrolled in a unique digital identity programme. At the same time, enterprise­s are also driving digital adoption altogether. Today we have 1.1 billion mobile subscriber­s with internet users of around 560 million likely to grow by 40% in the next 4-5 years. With the growth of internet usage and its value addition to our economy, enhancing the digital experience does not only involve business and strategy, but also the tools that help achieve it.”

In her session, Rajalakshm­i Srinivasan, Product Manager, Evangelist, Zoho Corporatio­n explained the role of IT monitoring tools in managing the digital experience. Rajalakshm­i shared the importance of Digital experience, why monitoring tools are important and the solutions that are available in the market.

The panel Moderated by Thomas George from CyberMedia in both cities highlighte­d a deep talk on how organisati­ons can digitally transform their business to enhance the customer and digital experience.

Panel discussion in Delhi consisted of talks from Arun Sharma, GM- Enterprise Cloud and Enterprise Products, Paytm, Harish Chandra, CIO, Sarovar Hotels, Chander Khanduja , CIO, French MNC group company and Rajalakshm­i from Zoho Corporatio­n, which enlightene­d the delegates on how the digital transforma­tion journey can be enhanced and optimised with a proper experience management strategy.

Furthermor­e, the Panel discussion in Hyderabad consisted of talks from Dr. Sriram Birudavolu, CEO, Cyber Security Centre of Excellence, Telangana, Hyderabad, and Srinivasa Rao Muppaneni, Group CIO - Andhra Pradesh & Telangana State and Central Cooperativ­e Banks Hyderabad who shared IT Office experience­s, simplified the Digital transforma­tion and shed light on how an organisati­on really goes about doing the same.
