Passenger to report 2 hours before flights, to travel in authorised taxi/personal vehicle following Ministry norms

During transit to airport, the passenger should take all precaution­s to prevent infection

Ensure web check-in

and obtain a boarding pass

Middle seats have not been kept vacant with a view to keeping fares at a reasonable rate

Only one check-in bag and one cabin bag allowed

Elderly, pregnant women, passengers with ailments advised to avoid air travel

Passenger to download baggage tag, baggage identifica­tion number & print it and affix it on the bag at a prominent place

In case there is no print, the PNR number, name should be mentioned on a thick piece of paper

and tagged with a strong string

Passengers to collect the safety kit from the airlines near the boarding gate

Chairs marked ‘Not For Use’ should not be occupied

Passenger to dispose of all the bio-hazardous material like used masks, gloves, tissues etc. in the yellowcolo­ured disposable bins/bags

No meal service in the aircraft. Water bottle to be made available. Eatables not to be consumed

Display of ID

cards a must & check-in of the boarding pass would be done by self-scanning

No newspaper or magazine will be available, no onboard sale of any item

Routes divided into 7 sections - Flights operating for 40 minutes, between 40 and 60 minutes, 60 to 90 minutes, 60 to 120 minutes, 120 to 150 minutes, 150 to 180 minutes and 180 to 210 minutes
